To minimize the impact on our network, all customers will be rerouted to the nearest PoP in Ashburn a few hours beforehand. This approach is designed to reduce disruptions, though a small number of brief disconnections may occur when the maintenance begins.

Customers in Miami may experience a slight increase in latency a few hours before the maintenance starts due to the rerouting. This is a temporary measure to ensure uninterrupted service for your users while we carry out the necessary maintenance tasks.
